Welcome to the website of the Green and White Club! It's for everyone! There is not a better deal for fans anywhere in NCAA Division I-A athletics. The Club offers an outstanding combination of fun social events and philanthropic opportunities-all offered despite an amazingly reasonable dues structure.
From the aroma of smoked burgers and brats at our football tailgates, to the intimate setting of our quarterly luncheons with the coaches, to our annual banquet honoring both Ohio athletics seniors and award winners in the community, to our annual monetary donations to the Ohio athletics department, we've got you covered for active involvement in supporting intercollegiate athletics at Ohio University. So if you're already a member, I urge you to keep signing up year after year, to attend our events, and even to volunteer to help us out. If you're not a member, what are you waiting for? Join the growing numbers of people from all walks of life who support Ohio athletics! Don't forget that you also need to be a member of the Bobcat Club at least at the $50 level so we help Ohio athletics on even more levels. --Green and White Club's annual gathering will be Tuesday May 29 at Abrio's in Athens beginning at 6:30 PM. Delicious Abrio's fare will be provided along with great conversation with Ohio's coaches and other GWC members. Please RSVP to lousmail@peoplepc.com by 5/24/12 if you plan to attend. ---TAILGATE FOR BGSU game will be at WG Grinders beginning at 5PM on Wednesday 2/15. As usual, great food, good company, and easy parking. GWC members are free and guests for the ridiculously low price of $5 each. Come join us for this Bobcat gathering as the Cats look to start the flow to the tournament! * Don't forget that the 31st annual Ox Roast will be held on Saturday, August 27 at Peden Stadium. Jim Herpy and the Sonic crew have provided the food for over thirty years for this classic event with the Bobcat Club and the Green and White Club as co-sponsors. The festivities start at 5PM with free food, mingling with other Bobcat supporters, meeting the coaches, games for the kids, and big time fun for all! See you there!
